If you wish to have your personal information removed from bn.com, you can submit a request to have your data deleted from our systems by clicking here and clicking the Requests button, which will open the Data Rights Request form to request that your data be removed from bn.com.
This form is also available in your bn.com account under the Manage Account Settings page. Sign into your account, click Manage Account Settings in the top box of the right column, and scroll to the bottom of that page to find the Data Rights Request section. Click the Submit a Request button and fill out the form.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure the information entered into the request form exactly matches the information stored in your account.
If you cannot complete this process yourself, click here to contact Customer Service and we can fill out this form on your behalf.
Please note that, once your request is completed, we will be required to permanently delete all of the personal information we have collected from you. Any Barnes & Noble, Paper Source, or NOOK online accounts, digital accounts, memberships, and digital libraries will be terminated and will no longer be accessible.
- Your account cannot be reactivated
- If you are a Member, your Membership will be canceled and removed from our systems
- We will no longer be able to assist you with any inquiries involving this account
- Any digital content associated with your account must be downloaded to a NOOK Device or App or it will be permanently lost
- Any digital content that is deleted after your data has been removed will be lost and cannot be retrieved
