You can create a new bn.com account by clicking Sign in or Create Account and entering your email address to receive a log-in code. Once you enter the log in code, enter your first and last name in the window that appears, and your account is created! You can complete your account by adding your preferred billing and shipping information in your Account Settings.
Once you do this, your email address will be associated to a bn.com account and that is automatically enrolled in our free Rewards Membership, or link to an existing Membership that uses the same email address, if available. Any orders with the same email address that were placed prior to the account being created will appear in this account’s Order History.
If you do not have access to the email address account that is used for your bn.com account, you will need to create a new account with a different email address. Please note, you will not be able to access the order history or information saved in the old account. If that account contains eBooks or other digital content, click here to contact Customer Service.
Please note: If you contact Customer Service to remove the automatic Rewards enrollment from your account, it will be applied again the next time you sign in after it is removed. We are currently working on a resolution to stop this from happening. If you place orders without signing into a bn.com account, you will not have a Rewards Membership created with your email address.
