Your Member information will be automatically linked to the bn.com account that uses the same email address as your Membership.

If you enroll in Membership at a Paper Source store, you can manage your Membership by creating a bn.com account under the email address provided for the Membership when you enrolled, as Membership is not currently available on papersource.com.

To review and edit your Membership account information:
 

1. Sign in to your bn.com account.

2. Click on My Premium/Rewards Membership in the website header and click Manage.

3. On the Member Profile page you can review the following Membership information:

 - Your name (updatable through your bn.com My Account page)

 - Enrollment date (displays as Member since)

 - Renewal date (if automatic renewal is turned on) or Expiration date (if automatic renewal is turned off)

 - Your birthday month and day (can be added for the first time in the bn.com My Account page. Cannot be edited later)

 - Your automatic renewal payment method (updatable)

      - If you are enrolled in Automatic Renewal, a note will indicate that your account will renew automatically until canceled. You can turn off automatic renewal through your bn.com account or by contacting Customer Service.

 - Your children’s names (updatable)

 - Month and year of each child’s birthday

Please note: Any time changes are made to your bn.com account, we will send an email confirming that the changes have been made.
