Newly created bn.com accounts automatically include a Rewards Membership, unless the email address used to create the account is already associated with an active Membership, in which case the existing Membership will be associated with the account automatically. If you are an active Legacy Member who is creating a bn.com account for the first time, the account will not be automatically enrolled in Rewards.
Please note: If you contact Customer Service to remove the automatic Rewards enrollment from your account, it will be applied again the next time you sign in after it is removed. We are currently working on a resolution to stop this from happening. If you place orders without signing into a bn.com account, you will not have a Rewards Membership created with your email address.
