When you create an account on bn.com, there is a setting that allows you to decide if explicit content, such as erotica, appears in search results. Recently, we performed an update to the website that automatically set the preference for this selection on all bn.com accounts to hide explicit content.
As a result, if you are searching for this content and have not updated your Content Setting, or if you are not signed into an account that has enabled this Content Setting, it will appear as if the content for which you are searching is not available on our site. If you do not have a bn.com account, you will need to create one and enable your Content Settings.
To update your Content Settings to allow explicit content in your search results, follow these steps:
1. Click here to go to your My Account page. You may be prompted to sign in
2. Click the Manage Account Settings button in the Account Settings section
3. Scroll down to the Content Settings section
4. Click the Allow erotica content button and click Save Changes.
An email will be sent to the email address associated with your bn.com account confirming that changes have been made to your account.
