We recently established a requirement that the same email address must be used in your Membership profile and the bn.com account to which your Membership is linked.
Similarly, Memberships that are linked to a bn.com account, yet have no email address in the Member profile, must be updated so that both accounts have the same email address. To this end, the following took place around February 22, 2023:
If your Membership Without an Email was Active
We added the email address used for your bn.com account to your Membership profile. If you wanted your Membership to be associated with a different email address, then before February 22, 2023, you needed to change the email address used for your bn.com account, as the two accounts cannot be linked while using different email addresses. If your Membership Without an Email was Expired:
We unlinked the Membership from the bn.com account to which it is associated.
