What is the refurbishment process for a Certified Pre-Owned NOOK®?
Prior to sale, every pre-owned NOOK® undergoes a thorough refurbishment process including:
· Rigorous inspection and testing
· Replacement of any defective parts identified in testing
· New box and packaging
· Final QA inspection before acceptance as Certified Pre-Owned stock.
What is included with a Certified Pre-Owned NOOK®?
A Certified Pre-Owned NOOK® ships with a USB cable. Just like a new NOOK®, a Certified Pre-Owned NOOK® ships with a Quick Start Guide and 90-Day Complimentary Phone Support from the time the device is registered.
What kind of warranty applies to a Certified Pre-Owned NOOK®?
Every Certified Refurbished NOOK® ships with the same one-year limited warranty you get with a new NOOK®. If Certified Pre-Owned NOOK® is replaced during the Warranty Period, it will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of the replaced NOOK, whichever is longer.
What is the return policy on a Certified Pre-Owned NOOK®?
A Certified Pre-Owned NOOK® is subject to the same return policy as new NOOK® Devices. Please note, Certified Pre-Owned NOOK® Devices must be returned to a Barnes & Noble warehouse. Barnes & Noble stores can only accept returns for Certified Pre-Owned NOOKs if it was originally purchased in a store.
