Your bn.com account’s Order History lists all orders placed on bn.com and papersource.com in the past 14 months, including Buy Online, Pick Up in Store orders. Store Reservation orders do not appear in Order History.
We do our best to process your order quickly once it is placed, so there is only a limited time to make changes. If your order can be modified, options to do so will be available on the Order Details page, which you can get to by clicking View Order Details on the Order History page.
