Please note that while you are updating your shipping method, our fulfillment system continues to process your order. This means that the timeframe to edit the order may expire while making changes.
To update the shipping information of a BN.com order that has already been placed:
1. Click here to access the "My Account" page.
2. Enter the email address that the order was placed under and the order number, then click "Track Order".
Please note: If you placed an order as a Guest, you must search using this method.
Alternatively, you can also sign into your account a search your order history by date range or order number.
3. After locating the order, click on the order number link to open the Order Details page.
To update the shipping method, click the Change Shipping Preferences button.
To update the shipping address, click the Edit Shipping Address button.
Please note: If the above options do not appear below the Shipping Information, the timeframe to submit changes has passed and the order cannot be edited.
If you upgrade your shipping speed and there is an additional cost for the upgrade, the additional cost is automatically charged to the payment method you originally entered when placing the order. If you downgrade your shipping speed and the order total is now less than it was originally, the amount charged will be automatically adjusted, and the difference will be returned to the payment method that was used when the order was originally placed.
We will send an email notifying you if the shipping change was successful. Please note that when you submit changes to shipping preferences, our fulfillment system continues to process the order. This means that the timeframe to edit the order may expire while making changes.
