Orders placed on bn.com cannot be shipped directly to a Barnes & Noble store for pick up. If you want to have an order shipped to a Barnes & Noble store, contact or visit your preferred store and ask about placing an order with them.
To update the shipping information of a bn.com order that has already been placed:
Go to your bn.com account's Order History. After locating the order, click View Order Details to open the Order Details page.
To update the shipping address, click the Change Shipping Address button.
Please note: There is a 30-character limit on the Street Address lines in the Shipping Address form. If your address has a unit or apartment number, use Address Line 2 to include those parts.
Please note: If the above options do not appear below the Shipping Information, the timeframe to submit changes has passed and the order cannot be edited.
If the new address you entered requires a change in the applied taxes, you are alerted to the additional cost while making the change.
