There is a brief period of time after ordering an eBook on bn.com where you will be able to cancel the order. This process is not available for orders placed on a NOOK Device.
Click here to go to your Order History. You may be required to sign in to your account. If the Status column shows In Process, you can cancel the order by following these steps (Screenshots below the steps illustrate the process):
1. Click on View Order Details.
2. Click on Cancel Item.
3. In the Cancel column that appears, select the Checkbox to indicate which item(s) need to be canceled. In the Reason dropdown, select a reason for canceling, and click Submit Cancelation.
