There is a brief period of time after ordering an eBook on BN.com where you will be able to cancel the order. This process is not available for orders placed on a NOOK Device or the NOOK for Android app.
Click here to go to your Order History. You may be required to sign in to your account. If the Status column shows Processing, you can cancel the order by following these steps (Screenshots below the steps illustrate the process):
1. Click on the Order Number:
2. Click on Cancel Item.
3. In the Cancel column, select the Checkbox. In the Reason column, select a reason for canceling, and click Submit Cancelation.
You will return to your Order Summary, with the Status now displaying as Cancelled.
