In order to prevent fraudulent updates, we require that corrections be submitted by the book's publisher (or a product's manufacturer), or the authorized representative of the publisher (e.g., the distributor of a publisher's books). Authors of self-published books may, of course, submit updates to the content on their books. Authors who are not self-published should ask their publisher to submit any corrections or updates.
If you are a publisher and would like to make a correction to the listing for your book or other product on bn.com, please e-mail the correction to corrections@bn.com. Remember to include the ISBN or UPC/EAN in all your correspondence and to be specific about the changes that need to be made (e.g., "On ISBN 978-0-00-00000-2, the author's name is misspelled. It should be…"). Also, be sure to include your name and contact number for verification purposes.
