Tracking information is provided in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you when your order left our warehouse. Click the "You can track your order here" link to see updated tracking for your order.
If there are multiple shipments in the order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email for each package.
To track your order on BN.com:
- Click here to access the "My Account" page.
- Enter the email address and order number in the Order History section, then click Find. Order history is available through your BN.com account for orders placed in the last 18 months.
- A link to tracking information is provided in the Items Summary on the Order Details page.
