Magazines received as part of your subscription or as single digital magazine purchases cannot be returned. Digital magazine and/or newspaper subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Please note: Digital monthly and annual subscriptions will receive the remaining issues through the end of your subscription term but will not receive a refund.
After cancelling a subscription, issues that are in your NOOK Library are available to download at any time on your NOOK device and/or your NOOK mobile app.
IMPORTANT: These steps are to be taken using your registered account on the BN.com Website from a desktop or laptop computer, or using the web browser on a mobile device. These steps are not to be taken within the Library on your NOOK Device or within the NOOK for iOS or NOOK for Android applications.
To Cancel a Digital Subscription:
1. Click here to navigate to your NOOK Library on BN.com. You may be asked to sign in to your account.
2. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel in your Library, and click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner of the cover image.
3. Select "Unsubscribe" from the options provided and follow the prompts that appear.
If you cancel your NOOK magazine or newspaper subscription, you will receive all the issues remaining in the previously purchased billing period, but will not receive a refund.
Example: if you purchased an annual subscription on Jan. 1 for $10 and decide to cancel your subscription in July, you will continue to receive content through Dec. 31, but you will not be charged another yearly subscription of $10 the following Jan. 1.
