Magazines received as part of your subscription or as single digital magazine purchases cannot be returned. Digital magazine and/or newspaper subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Please note: Digital monthly and annual subscriptions will receive the remaining issues through the end of your subscription term but will not receive a refund.
After cancelling a subscription, issues that are in your NOOK Library are available to download at any time on your NOOK device and/or your NOOK mobile app.
IMPORTANT: Perform this process on a desktop or laptop computer, or using the web browser on a mobile device. These steps cannot be taken within the Library on your NOOK Device or within the NOOK for iOS or NOOK for Android applications.
To Cancel a Digital Subscription:
- Click here to navigate to your bn.com account. You may be asked to sign in to your account.
- On the left side of the screen, select Newsstand Subscriptions
- Locate the subscription you want to cancel in either the Magazines or Newspapers section
- Click the gear icon on the cover and select Unsubscribe. Confirm your choice on the window that pops up
- If you cancel your NOOK magazine or newspaper subscription, you will receive all the issues remaining in the previously purchased billing period, but will not receive a refund.
- Example: if you purchased an annual subscription on Jan. 1 for $10 and decide to cancel your subscription in July, you will continue to receive content through Dec. 31, but you will not be charged another yearly subscription of $10 the following Jan. 1.
- After cancelling a subscription, issues that are in your NOOK Library are available to download at any time on your NOOK device and/or your NOOK mobile app.
