If a customer has an issue adding a Gift Card to their account and they are trying to place an order, advise them to add it during Checkout on the Payment Information page and it will apply to the order accordingly.
Gift Cards should be added with no extra spaces or symbols, and the PIN should be added separately in the PIN field.
