The Quick Add button appears when you hover over the cover of a product on a Search Results or Product List page.
Depending on the book’s format, you will get the following options on the Quick Add Menu:
- Physical Items
- Add to Cart
- Reserve for Pickup
- Digital Items
- Add to Cart
- Instant Purchase
Reserve for Pickup
A window will open on the right side of the screen noting which store will handle the reservation. You can click Change store to use a different location. Store reservations offer you the option to either Pay Now Online or Pay Later in Store.

About Instant Purchase
Instant Purchase enables you to complete eBook orders in one step. This option is available only if you are signed into a bn.com account with a default payment method and billing address saved to the account.
Once you have all the necessary information saved to your account, follow these steps to place an order with Instant Purchase:
- Sign in to your bn.com account
- Use the Search bar to look up your desired eBook
- Locate the eBook on the Search Results page and hover over the cover image to click on the Quick Add button.
- Click Instant Purchase to navigate immediately to the Checkout page
- Submit your order.
If you are not signed in to your account, the Checkout screen will prompt you to sign in before completing the order.
