You should always keep your Gift Card or eGift Card after use in case of the following:
• We cannot fulfill your order and do not charge your account.
• You choose to return the merchandise ordered with a Gift Card or eGift Card.
• You do not fully redeem your card.
In any of these cases, you will need both the Gift Card or eGift Card number and the PIN to use the funds on a new order.
