Cancel or Return a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store Order
Once a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store Order has been placed, you cannot cancel the order.
However, if you do not pick up your order within 5 days, Barnes & Noble will cancel the order for you and the payment method you provided when you placed the order will not be charged.
