Pricing, Payment, and Promotions for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store Orders
When you place a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order on bn.com, you will enter your payment information during the Checkout process as normal. The price you will be billed for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store items is the price displayed on bn.com.
Buy Online, Pick Up in Store items are eligible for coupons that are designated for use on bn.com. Unfortunately, coupons and promotions that are offered as In Store Only are not applicable to Buy Online, Pick Up in Store orders, and coupons cannot be applied to Buy Online, Pick Up in Store orders that have already been picked up.
Barnes & Noble will only bill you once the order is picked up from the store. If you do not pick up your Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order within 5 days of placing it, the order will be canceled and you will not be billed for the order.
There are no additional fees or charges associated with the Buy Online, Pick Up in Store program.
