Items that are available for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store will display notifications of their eligibility for the service in multiple places on bn.com. If an item is available for pre-order, it will not be available for store pickup until the release date.
• In the Quick Add options on a Product Listing Page
• In the Quick Add options on a Product Listing Page
• On a specific item's Product Page.
• In your Cart after an item has been added
These notifications will appear only if you have set your preferred store or allowed your web browser to access your location. If you have not set a preferred store yet, there will be a notification at the top of the bn.com home page where you can make that selection.
Not all items are eligible for store pickup. Reasons that an item may not be available for Buy Online, Pick Up in Store include:
- The item is out of stock in your selected store
- The item is only available on bn.com and not sold in stores
- The item is available for pre-order
