If you have a bn.com account, and have previously made an online purchase using your Member card, your Membership number is already saved to your bn.com account.
To View Your BN Membership Details:
- Click here to access the My Account page. Sign in to your bn.com account, if needed.
- Scroll down to the Memberships section. Click Manage Membership to view your Membership Number, expiration date, and view/edit your Membership account details.
You can also view your Membership information in the Membership section of the Barnes & Noble App.
If you enrolled in a Membership in a Paper Source store, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your bn.com account to manage your Membership, as Membership is not currently available on papersource.com.
If Your Membership Information Doesn't Appear
Your Membership information will not appear on the My Account page unless it has been saved to your bn.com account. Click here for instructions on how to save your Membership number to your bn.com account.
If your Membership has not been saved to your bn.com account, and you do not have the Member number available, please contact Customer Service by clicking here.
