Premium Membership Birthday Offer
Your Premium Membership provides you with a special offer for your birthday. By adding your birthday to your bn.com account, we will send you a coupon to celebrate! Coupons are sent on the birthday listed on your account to the email address associated with the bn.com account that shares an email address with your Membership.
To add your birthday to your Membership profile
- Click here to visit your bn.com account page
- In the left column, click Account Settings in the My B&N Account section
- Click Edit in the Birthday section on your Account Settings page
- Note: The Birthday section will only appear if the account has a Premium Membership associated with it
- Add the month and day of your birthday (year not required) in the appropriate field
- Click Save Changes.
Once you add your birthday to your account, it cannot be changed.
If your birthday is listed on your account by the day before your birthday, you will receive the offer we send.
Account Requirements
You must have a bn.com account with an associated Premium Membership to add your birthday. If you do not have a bn.com account, simply sign in to bn.com by clicking Sign In in the upper-right corner, entering your email address, and entering the code that is sent to that email address. If you use the same email address to sign in to bn.com as you use to sign up for a Membership, the Membership will automatically be associated to the account.
If you do not want to create an account, you can also visit your local Barnes & Noble store or contact Customer Service to have a Customer Service Representative update your account for you.
