There are several reasons why you may be experiencing an invalid Member number error message when placing an order on bn.com:
- Your Member Number may not have been entered accurately. Check the number and re-enter it.
- Note: your phone number cannot be used in place of your Member number online.
- If your Member number is already stored in your bn.com account, you do not need enter it again at checkout.
- If you've requested a replacement Premium or Rewards Member number, your Member number will be updated in your account automatically, as long as the Membership is linked to your account before the number was updated
- If your old Membership number is still associated with your bn.com account, to have the old Member number removed, please contact Customer Service
