If you have lost your Member Card or need a replacement, call Member Services at 1-866-238-READ (1-866-238-7323). After we confirm your information, we will issue a replacement card, which will be mailed to the address we verified during our contact. Your replacement card will arrive via US Mail in 7-10 business days.
Please note: The replacement card will have a new Member number, so if you locate your old Member card after you request a new one, please discard it.
While you are waiting for your replacement card to arrive, you can still enjoy your BN Membership benefits.
Your new Member number will be activated and usable 24-48 hours after processing the request for a new Membership card.
• When shopping at Barnes & Noble retail stores, inform the cashier that you are a Barnes & Noble Member and provide the phone number associated with your Membership.
• On BN.com, your new Member number will automatically replace the previous Member number in your BN.com account, if it had been saved in your account prior to requesting the replacement Member card. If it wasn't, you can register your Membership to your BN.com account, click here for instructions.
