Replacing Your Membership Card
NOTE: physical Rewards Membership cards can only be replaced at a Barnes & Noble store. There will no longer be replacement physical cards for $25 BN Memberships.
If you need to replace your Premium or Rewards Card, you can do so by:
- Requesting a new card at the register at your local Barnes & Noble or Paper Source store, or
- Clicking here to contact Member Services
Replacing your Membership card will issue a new Membership Number, but your Member Profile and bn.com account will otherwise remain unchanged. The number will automatically update in your bn.com account. To update your virtual card in the Barnes & Noble App you may need to sign out and sign back in.
To receive a replacement Membership card, you must have an active Membership for that Member level (e.g., a Rewards Member cannot request a replacement for a Premium Member card).
If a physical card is issued, the replacement card should arrive in the mail in about 10 days.
