Your Membership card is always accessible through the Barnes & Noble App on your mobile device, as long as it is associated with your bn.com account. In the event that you need to have a new Member number issued, your account will be updated automatically.
Physical cards will be provided in store for Premium and Rewards Membership enrollments. If you enroll in Premium or Rewards Membership on bn.com, you will not be mailed a physical Membership card. If you'd like a physical card, you can go to your local Barnes & Noble or Paper Source store to request one.
If you need to replace your physical Premium or Rewards Card, you can do so by requesting a new card at the register at your local Barnes & Noble or Paper Source store. We no longer issue replacement cards for $25 Memberships.
Replacing your Membership card will issue a new Membership Number, but your Member Profile and bn.com account will otherwise remain unchanged. The number will automatically update in your bn.com account. To update your virtual card in the Barnes & Noble App you may need to sign out and sign back in.
