If you no longer wish to automatically renew your Premium Membership, or wish to end the Membership immediately, the following options are available to you. Click each option for more information or review the Membership Terms and Conditions.
Cancel Automatic Renewal stop automatic renewal, continue Premium through your current term
Cancel Premium Membership with Refund receive refund for current term’s automatic renewal, stop future automatic renewal, convert to Rewards
Terminate Membership end your Membership immediately, forfeit all earned stamps and rewards
For Premium and Legacy Members, click the Cancel Premium button at the bottom of the My Membership page within My Account, which will opt you out of automatic renewal, allowing your Membership to expire at the end of the current term.
If, after canceling, you want to opt back in to automatic renewal, only Premium Members may do so when manually renewing your Membership for one year toward the end of the term. During that transaction you may select to enroll in auto renewal, which will be applied to the following renewal, one year later.
You can cancel your Premium Membership by:
1. Submit a Request to Cancel Membership which will turn off automatic renewal. You will be notified by email once this change has been made.
2. Canceling your Membership through your bn.com account by clicking the Cancel Premium button at the bottom of your Membership profile and following the subsequent prompts, which will turn off automatic renewal for your Membership
3. Contacting Customer Service.
Please note: You must use the bn.com account with the same email address as your Membership to complete this process yourself. It may take up to one business day for the updated status to be reflected in your bn.com account. A confirmation email will be sent whenever your account is updated to notify you that changes have been made.
If, after canceling, you do not renew your Premium Membership on your own, it will automatically be converted to a free Rewards Membership. All accrued stamps and rewards will remain available on the Rewards Membership.
Cancel your Premium Membership with a Refund
If you wish to cancel your Premium Membership and receive a full refund for the Membership fee, both of the following criteria must be met:
1. The request is being made no more than 30 days after the start of the Membership term resulting from the automatic renewal charge AND
2. The Membership cannot have been used since the start of that Membership term to obtain an eligible discount or benefit.
Refunds are not available if either of these criteria are not met. If you do meet the above qualifications for a refund, you may request a refund by contacting Customer Service.
You may terminate your Premium Membership at any time by contacting Customer Service at membership@bn.com and notifying us that you want to end your Rewards or Premium Membership. Termination of a Membership is effective immediately upon the request being processed, preventing future use. Any stamps and rewards on your account expire as of the termination. You will not be entitled to a refund of the Premium Membership fee. A terminated Membership cannot be reactivated.
Membership Auto Renewal Charge Declines
When your credit card is declined for auto-renewal, an email is sent letting you know that an updated payment method is required.
The options to update the payment method are either to contact Customer Service for assistance, or to update your credit card information by selecting “Change Payment Method” from the My Premium Membership page of your bn.com account.
