When enrolling in Premium Membership, your Membership will automatically renew and the Member fee will be automatically charged annually about 30 days prior to the Membership expiration date to the credit or debit card you paid with in a store or online, or the credit or debit card that was updated or that we currently have on file. If you paid in store with cash, you were not enrolled in automatic renewal.
At any time prior to the automatic renewal charge date, you may opt out of automatic renewal by one of the following steps:
- Going to the My Membership page of your Account and clicking Cancel Membership to opt out at the bottom of the page
- Clicking here and notifying us you want to opt out of automatic renewal.
- Contact Member Services by clicking here.
You may elect automatic renewal through your bn.com account only when manually renewing your Membership on bn.com for another term: visit your Membership page, select to renew your Premium Membership, and further select the automatic renewal option for future renewals beginning the following year.
Please note: Your Membership will be automatically associated with your bn.com account if both the account and Membership use the same email address.
If at any time, you need to update your payment method for Automatic Renewal, simply follow these steps again, add the new payment information, and save your changes.
Membership Auto Renewal Declines
When your card is declined for the auto-renewal, an email is sent letting you know that an updated payment method is required.
The options to update the payment method are either to contact Customer Service for assistance, or to update the payment within your bn.com account from the My Membership Page.
If payment is declined, the My Membership page will have an option to Update Payment & Renew, where you can enter your updated payment information.
