When enrolling in Premium Membership, your Membership will automatically renew and the Member fee will be automatically charged annually about 30 days prior to the Membership expiration date to the credit or debit card you paid with in a store or online, or the credit or debit card that was updated or that we currently have on file. If you paid in store with cash, you were not enrolled in automatic renewal.
At any time prior to the automatic renewal charge date, you may opt out of automatic renewal by clicking here and notifying us you want to opt out of automatic renewal.

You may elect automatic renewal through your bn.com account by visiting your Membership page, opting in and providing a credit or debit card (other than a debit card requiring a PIN).
Please note: Your Membership must be linked to your bn.com account to enroll in Automatic Renewal online. For details on how to save your Membership to your bn.com account, click here.
To enroll in Membership automatic renewal:
- Click here to access the Membership Management page. You may be required to sign in to your bn.com account.
- Click on ""Manage" located under Membership.
- Click the "Edit Settings" link, located under the Automatic Renewal Settings section. Select "Yes, Sign Me Up for Automatic Renewal" and enter your credit or debit card information in the fields that appear.
- After entering the debit or credit card information each corresponding field, click ""Save Changes"".
If at any time, you need to update your payment method for Automatic Renewal, simply follow these steps again, add the new payment information, and save your changes.
