Some states do not charge tax for digital items. If you are seeing taxes applied to your eBook order, but digital items are not taxed in your state, it is likely that you either have not entered a billing address or signed in to your account with a billing address saved. Once your billing address is applied to the order, the taxes should be updated accordingly.
