Physical items, such as books or vinyl records, usually leave our warehouse on or around the release date and are delivered in accordance with the shipping method selected in the order. While we cannot guarantee that pre-orders will be delivered on their scheduled release date, we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible once it is available.
When you submit an order for a pre-order item, your credit/debit card will be authorized for the full amount. Once we get closer to the release date, we will do another authorization for the full amount to release the order for processing.
