The tracking information provided by the carrier responsible for delivering your order will provide the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment. Customer Service has access only to the same information that you have from the carrier tracking.
If Barnes & Noble or the carrier experiences any delays, you will be notified either by email or in the tracking history
At times, carriers may mark a shipment as delivered before it has arrived to you.
