If your order contains more than one item, your items may be shipped from different warehouses, arrive on different days or arrive in multiple boxes. When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track them online. Each package will have its own tracking number.
After your order has been placed, you can track your order status on bn.com
- Click here to view your Order History
- Click View Order Details to see if your order was split into multiple packages
- Each shipment will have a View Tracking Info button that will provide that shipment’s latest tracking status
If an item is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, or it is more than 1 day past the estimated delivery date provided in your Order Confirmation email, click here to contact us.
