Your Membership is automatically associated with the bn.com account that uses the same email address as the one used on the Membership account. For Memberships purchased in store, sign in to bn.com with the email address that you provided during the enrollment. If you do not already have an account with that email address, signing in the first time will create an account for you.
If you use a bn.com account that does not have the same email address as your Membership, you will end up with more than one Membership. To avoid this, and to get your proper Member benefits, be sure to sign into a bn.com account that uses the email matching the one in your Membership.
If you do not have a Membership, you will automatically be enrolled in our free Rewards Membership the first time you sign in to bn.com.
If Customer Service assists you with changing the email address on your Membership, sign in to bn.com with that new email address to link the Membership to your account and receive any applicable Member benefits on that account.
