Some books, usually textbooks in both physical and digital formats, offer an access code to provide additional material to supplement the book on the publisher’s or author’s website.
Customer Service cannot provide or replace missing Access Codes for publisher’s or author’s websites. Instead, we recommend that you contact the publisher for instructions on how to receive their access code.
For physical books, if you are still within our Return Period, you can return the book for a refund either to a Barnes & Noble store or our bn.com warehouse.
Note: Textbooks must be returned directly to our warehouse.
