As in previous years, we have extended our return policy for the holidays. Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, 2025 are refundable or exchangeable through January 31st, 2026, including sealed or unsealed NOOK devices.
NOOK Protect warranties can be added up to NOOK devices up to 60 days after the original purchase date for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, 2025.
