As in previous years, we have extended our return policy for the holidays.

What are the dates for the 2024 extended holiday return policy?
Purchases made 11/1 through 12/31/24 are refundable or exchangeable through 1/31/2025.

What is the refund policy for NOOK devices?
NOOK device purchases made 11/1 through 12/31/2024 may be returned or exchanged whether sealed or unsealed through 1/31/2025. 

What is the extended holiday policy for adding protection plans?
NOOK Protect Plans can be added up to 60 days after the original purchase date for purchases made 11/1 through 12/31/2025.
