Gift Card Balance

We have three convenient ways to check the available balance on your Barnes & Noble Gift Card: online, over the phone, or at a Barnes & Noble store. You will need your gift card number as well as the PIN number.

  • Online: Sign in to your bn.com account, go to the Gift Cards section on your Account Settings page, and enter the Gift Card information in the Check Balance section
  • In-Store: Click here to Find a Store
  • Phone: 1-800-295-3029
