If you are having trouble maintaining your NOOK Tablet or NOOK Color's connection to Wi-Fi:
1) Turn off Wi-Fi, and turn it back on. This will refresh your wireless connectivity to your device.
2) Turn off the device by holding the power button for 7 seconds and select Power off from the pop up. After waiting a couple of seconds, power on your NOOK again by holding the power button for 2 seconds.
3) Make sure you are on the latest software version. To check this on your NOOK:
-Go to Settings.
-Tap Device Info.
-Tap About Your NOOK.
Your software version will display.

4) If you are using your home network, try powering your home Wi-Fi router off and on. Also, try repositioning yourself closer to your router for a better signal.
