During the pre-order period for Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros, a special limited edition was offered with sprayed black edges on the pages.
If you pre-ordered Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros while the black sprayed edge edition was displayed on bn.com, which was before October 25th, your order should be fulfilled with the sprayed edge edition. For orders placed on or after October 25th, it is more likely that you will receive the unsprayed edge.
Our stores were sent inventory of the sprayed edge to sell at their location, which is available for purchase starting November 7th, 2023. That supply is limited, and stores may not receive additional sprayed edge editions once they run out of what they currently have.
We are currently displaying the unsprayed white edge on our website, including promo banners and the product page, because that is the version that will be shipped if your order is placed today.
Any emails you receive about your order will display a product image of the non-sprayed edition with white edges even if you pre-ordered it before October 25th. However, this is not indicative of the edition you are going to receive.
